How It Works
We focus on practical skills that support safe, confident living:

Walking steadily and reacting quickly if unbalanced
Moving safely through daily environments - at home or in the community
Reaching, turning, and bending without fear
Behind the scenes, we also practice floor-based skills in a safe, supported way. Why? Because learning how to get down and back up from the ground naturally strengthens all of these movements and prepares you for real world recovery if a fall does happen.
